Driven Pile Support Structures

We offer a complete, dual-support freestanding structure driven directly into the ground. The system enables installation of photovoltaic modules in both vertical and horizontal configurations. Modern driven (pile-driven) support structures are among the most commonly chosen solutions for large-scale photovoltaic farms. Their key advantages include fast installation, lower investment costs, and minimal environmental impact. Support structures by RAWICOM are characterized by high resistance to wind and snow loads, as well as the ability to be used on various soil types (following geotechnical analysis).

Support Structures Mounted on Concrete Foundations

Mounting systems based on concrete foundations provide maximum stability in demanding conditions. This is an ideal solution for weak, rocky, or unstable soils.

Support Structures for Bifacial Module

Specialized mounting systems dedicated to bifacial (double-sided) modules, enabling higher energy yield. A modified arrangement of rails and crossbeams ensures increased light access to the rear side of the module.

Ballasted Structures for Flat Roofs

Ballasted systems for photovoltaic installations on flat roofs that do not require penetration of the roofing membrane. The structure is designed for mounting PV modules on flat roofs and is made of hot-dip galvanized steel profiles joined using a clinching method. This ensures protection of the zinc coating and long-term durability of the joints. Photovoltaic panels are attached to the structure with special aluminum alloy clamps, tightened with bolts into rivet nuts. Rubber granulate pads are bonded to the bottom of the structure, resistant to weather conditions. They act as vibration dampers and increase the friction coefficient between the structure and the surface.

Adhesive-Mounted Structures for Flat Roofs

Innovative mounting systems using bonding technology instead of mechanical fastening. This solution is used where roof load capacity is limited. It enables fast installation without interfering with the building structure, although proper surface preparation is required. Applications: modern buildings, roofs with PVC or EPDM membranes.
