Expansion of the photovoltaic system for BOHAMET S.A. – a showcase of flexibility and engineering tailored to the client’s needs

This investment posed a significant design challenge – due to the limited load-bearing capacity of the production hall roofs, it was necessary to apply non-standard mounting solutions.
We replaced the traditional ballast system with a lightweight, bonded structure installed directly on roofing felt and membrane. The east-west layout of the mounting system was optimized to a 10° tilt angle, which allowed us to reduce structural loads while maintaining high installation efficiency.

Additionally, to ensure operational safety, we implemented extra fire protection measures tailored to the specific nature of the site, including automatic fire switches by PROJOY ELECTRIC.

Final result:

• New installation: 1,546 Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. panels (JKM485N-60HL4-V)

• Existing installation: 109 PHONO Solar panels (PS455M4-24/TH)

• Total system capacity: 799.405 kWp

• Mounting structure: Bonded to roofing felt and membrane, supplied by Rawicom

• Inverters: 8 Huawei Digital Power units

  • 2 x SUN2000-50KTL-M3
